06 Feb What do you do in the first 45 minutes?
How do you get up first thing in the morning? What do you do in the first 45mins? Do you look at social media? Tidy up the house? Have a tea/coffee? Rush around after the kids? …… I ask because what ever you do sets up how the rest of your day could unfold.
Today, for no reason, I went out of my usual routine, tidied up the house, went on social media whilst getting the boys up and I noticed by the time the boys had left I felt very all over the place. It took me until 12 o’clock to settle.
I realised just how important my first 45mins are of total me time to ground and be in my own energy to set me up for the rest of the day. I basically woke up with no boundaries, I was totally open to what ever came my way.
